Straight cuts or curves, mitred or transverse to the fibre: A band saw offers a wide range. Depending on the inserted blade, different materials can be sawn effortlessly thanks to the powerful 400 Watt motor and an idle speed of 1,450 revolutions per minute. A band saw also offers the advantage of a narrow kerf and thus protects the material. The integrated saw band protector can be adjusted in height without tools. This enables the passage width to be individually adjusted up to a maximum of 245 mm. The saw table is infinitely adjustable, the belt run can be adjusted via the upper roller. The double-fixed rip fence is equipped with a quick adjustment for straight cuts. The maximum cutting height is 60 mm at 45 degrees and 101 mm at 90 degrees. The angle stop is infinitely adjustable from -60° to +60° degrees. The multi-adjustable ball bearing guides reduce the saw blade vibration and thus support a fine cut. The push stick included in the delivery is indispensable for safe work on the band saw. The zero voltage switch protects against unintentional restart of the device in the event of sudden power interruptions in use. The band saw is equipped with a 36 mm suction connection, and an LED light is also integrated to illuminate the work table.
