TE-US 400

The Einhell stationary belt/disc sander TE-US 400 is a handy 2-in-1 machine that combines a stationary belt sander with a disc sander. The sanding machine is powered by a 400 W induction motor, which is particularly powerful, durable and maintenance-free and makes for quiet, low-vibration work. The sanding arm can be adjusted horizontally or vertically. With its integrated clamping device, the sanding belt (100 x 914 mm) can be changed quickly and you can also easily adjust belt tracking via the sanding belt centring feature. While the sanding belt reaches up to 348 m/min, the sanding disc can operate at idle speeds of up to 1800 rpm. With its hook-and-loop fastening, you can easily change the Ø 150 mm sanding disc sanding paper. For simple, precise sanding, the work table can be mounted either on the sanding arm or the sanding disc, depending on your task. The table is made of torsion-resistant cast aluminium, has an angle scale and can be tilted up to 45°. The transverse stop with angle scale can be swivelled from -60° to +60° and makes various sanding works easier. The stationary belt/disc sander impresses with its sturdy and torsion-free steel construction and rubber feet, ensuring a safe and low-vibration footing. Devices for extraction, for example Einhell wet/dry vacuum cleaners, can be connected to the Ø 36 mm extraction connection. The sanding machine comes with an abrasive belt and disc sander paper (both P80).
