The Einhell cordless chainsaw FORTEXXA 18/30 is part of the Power X-Change family and is designed for flexible cutting tasks around the home and garden. The unit is powered by an Einhell brushless motor. The brushless motor is designed for high performance and low maintenance operation and can enable longer runtimes compared to conventional carbon brush motors. With online registration, a 10-year service promise applies to the brushless motor in accordance with the applicable service conditions. Equipped with an OREGON guide bar and matching chain, the FORTEXXA 18/30 is suitable for cutting branches, limbs, squared timber and firewood. Tool-free chain tensioning and easy chain changes support comfortable handling. The cordless chainsaw features kickback protection with an instant chain brake as well as a chain catcher. Automatic chain lubrication via the large oil filler opening simplifies maintenance. The claw stop is made of metal. The ergonomically shaped handle with softgrip supports controlled operation. An 18 V Power X-Change battery is required for operation. The lithium-ion batteries in the Power X-Change series are compatible with a wide range of tools within the system family. Chain speed can be adjusted depending on the application: 8.9 m/s at full power and 6 m/s in ECO mode. The ECO mode can help reduce energy consumption.
